The Christian minister and political operative sustained an injury which resulted in her being photographed with an orthopedic walking boot on her left leg.
While there are no in-depth published reports detailing the nature of the painful injury, the Assistant to the President and Director of Communications for the Office of the Public Liaison was reportedly hurt last month.
NY Daily News says her leg is broken, but gives no further information about how it happened.
Manigault, 42, had to be driven from the White House in a government vehicle to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland to be treated.
Though headlines about the Trump loyalist’s trauma are just breaking, she had already been spotted leaving "The View" on Jan. 27 wearing the orthopedic boot — and a high heel on the other foot.
If she was ailing at that time, the bulky apparatus attached to her was the only visible sign.
Manigault engaged in a very lively and tense debate with the co-hosts of the daytime talker. It was her first time back since 2004, when she was a contestant on the very first season of "The Apprentice" 13 years ago.
When Joy Behar suggested that Trump may be using the controversial star to woo black folks, the always quick Manigault hit back.
"I grew up on Welfare, on Section 8 housing, my father was killed when I was 7 years old, my father went to public schools, I went to Central of Ohio, got to Howard University, and started to work in politics. So I earned my way to sit in the White House. No one gave me anything, okay?" she said.
