Tina & Teddy Campbell are hitting the road on a 24-city tour this fall

Husband and wife team Tina Campbell and Teddy Campbell are taking their story of restoration after infidelity on the road this fall.

“An Evening With Tina Campbell,” a 24-city tour presented by Gee Tree Creative and hosted by Thomasina “Goo Goo” Atkins, Tina’s sister and stylist, was first officially announced on Twitter, Sunday, September 6.

"Guess who's coming to your town very soon??? Stay tuned for details," tweeted Tina.

 

At the time of writing, no kickoff date or specific venue information has been revealed.

Described as a “night of transparency and transformation,” the event will feature music from Tina’s Billboard #1 debut solo album, It’s Personal, as well as excerpts from her book, I Need A Day To Pray.

Before blossoming into a national tour, the inaugural event was held in June at In His Presence church in California.

During the initial intimate live experience filled with music, drama and worship, both Tina and Teddy shared all the phases they went through on their journey toward healing after Teddy's admission of multiple affairs.

“I had to put my faith to work by using my God-given authority and calling on the mighty name of Jesus until the devil had no choice but to leave,” said Tina in a video highlight reel of the event.

For a time, fits of rage overtook her, filling her with thoughts of homicide and suicide.

According to Tina, it was a combination of prayer, communication, counseling and time that led the couple to where they are today.

“The old life is gone. A new life has begun,” continued Tina in the video, explaining the effects of the transformational work God has completed in her marriage.

Soon, that newfound happiness, joy and freedom will be on display in multiple cities across the nation.
