10 motivational scriptures every believer needs to have in their arsenal

Light StockEEW MAGAZINE// BIBLE RESOURCES

God’s word provides everything you need to stand strong and be inspired to do His will. You can never have too many scriptures locked away in your heart!

Share When you’re facing the troubles of this life and the cares of the world threaten to beat you down, you need constant faith-builders to help you.

What better way to fight back and stay strong than with scriptures? Here are 10 are our favorite motivational ones.

#1 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13)

#2 “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4)

#3 “’No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me,” says the Lord.” (Isaiah 54:17)

#4 “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37)

#5 “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.” (Psalm 34:19)

#6 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

#7 “’Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’” (Isaiah 41:10)

#8 “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7)

#9 “Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:6-7)

#10 “You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” (2 Timothy 2:3-4 NKJV)

The word of God is the only effective tool for strengthening your faith, encouraging your heart and empowering you to fulfill what you have been placed on this earth to do.

Add these scriptures (and lots more!) to your arsenal to help you thrive daily.
