Nearly 5,000 Souls Saved at Joyce Meyer’s ‘Love Life’ Conference

Joyce Meyer, one of the world's leading practical Bible teachers and New York Times bestselling author, has lots to give praise for today. Her “Love Life” Women’s conference kicked off in a major way with a reported 4,982 salvations taking place at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis, MO last evening.
The conference, which invites people of all walks of life to “join with thousands of women just like you who are ready to release self-doubt and celebrate God's amazing love,” is featuring speakers, Joyce Meyer and Priscilla Shirer, and Christian recording artists Mandisa and Natalie Grant, and more.
Known for her practical sermons, down-to-earth and comical delivery, Joyce Meyer has a unique way of pulling out truths from God’s word so everyday people around the world can relate.

The free event which concludes Saturday, Sep. 22 has attracted people from across the US and beyond. Many of them brought diapers and wipes for the "Supply Hope Drop Box" to help families that have difficulty providing basic necessities, like diapers, for their small children.
"I am so glad 4,982 people got saved last night, but that is not enough for me," said Joyce Meyer to her audience of thousands. "I don't want you just to be saved. I want you to live saved. I want you to have the life that Jesus died to give you!"

WOW! That is so wonderful. I was just sharing with an evangelist friend of mine and I was telling her that ministry is what I believe is missing in our effort to lead others to Christ. Remember the Pharisees and Sadducees was in the "church" but Jesus came along and did ministry! We're having just a power struggle in the churches that the spiritual needs of the people are put on the back burner! He fed the hungry, heal the sick and infirm, even raise the dead all while he was walking along!
