Watch: Bishop Larry Trotter 'Crucifies' Granddaughter to Protest Chicago Teachers Strike

In the midst of the Chicago Public School Teachers Strike, Bishop Larry Trotter along with other pastors, took a stand and declared his church one of many “Safe Havens” for countless school children. Trotter sybmolically crucified his grandaughter to show that the children are being "crucified" and hurt the most in this situation.
Trotter’s church and over 100 other churches were open as safe havens for six days due to the strike.
Bishop Larry D. Trotter was one of many who called for an immediate end to the strike. Trotter stated that the strike was similar to the crucifixion of Jesus. “Three nails were driven into the body of the Savior. Now three nails are being driven in the lives of our children.”
The three nails he spoke of were; one by the CTU (Chicago Teachers Union), one by the Mayor, and one by the Board of Education.
On Sunday, September 16th, Bishop Trotter delivered this message to his congregation (Sweet Holy Spirit Church) and demonstrated it through the symbolic crucifixion of his granddaughter. Trotter demonstrated how the children, who are hurting, were affected the most.
Trotter also stated, “The children were being crucified of both their education and their safety!”

Wow...I see the point, but really?!
That was really over the top for me. I think he could have accomplished the same thing without putting baby girl on the cross. lol A hot mess!
