Dianna Hobbs Calls Producer Brother 'Amazing' on New Single ‘It Ain’t Over’ (LISTEN INSIDE)

By Amy Bertinelli

When listeners press play on the new single “It Ain’t Over” from IndieBuzz Music recording artist, Dianna Hobbs, they are not only captured by the singer’s rich vocals, and profound lyrics, but also, by the impressive musical accompaniment provided by her youngest brother, Lamond Brinson, 18, who just graduated High School this summer.

According to Hobbs, the two teamed up on a whim, after she was dissatisfied with the musical interpretations provided by others for the song that carries such deep meaning for her.

During a live national artist spotlight interview with WUFO 1080’s Lee Peddigrew in Buffalo, NY on Aug. 28, Hobbs called Lamond Brinson’s production “amazing,”and said, “The musicality is wonderful.”

Brinson, the musical prodigy who has long admired his big sister’s music ministry and artistry said, “I was honored to be able to work with Dianna and create such a beautiful piece of music,” noting that it had been a deep desire of his to collaborate with Hobbs. The young gifted organist, bassist, keyboardist, and budding producer shared, “I always said to myself if she would only let me get a hold to just one song, I’ll be satisfied and it happened!”

For the fun-loving teen, it was a true dream come true and Hobbs is relishing the opportunity to expose her gifted sibling to a wider audience. “The Lord impressed it upon my heart to call him up to help out on this track and from the moment Lamond first tickled the keys at my house one Sunday afternoon, it was magical and brilliant.”

Brinson apparently felt the same “magic” and said, “My big sister’s passion for the song and the way she sang it so beautifully inspired me and made me feel it,” which, according to him, brought out the best in his musicianship.

“It Ain’t Over” is now available for download at www.DiannaHobbsMusic.com and Amazon.com.
