FIRST LOOK: New Film ‘A Cross To Bear’ Starring Kim Fields & Malinda Williams

EEW Magazine loves to see African American women involved in positive film roles like “A Cross To Bear” a film produced by NinaHoliday Entertainment and Clean Energy Entertainment, starring Kim Fields, Malinda Williams, Jackie Long, and Danielle Deadwyler. The film, which airs on GMC TV February 18, deals with alcoholism, abuse, and tragedy, and how to overcome it all with the help of God.

 MOVIE SUMMARY

Erica Moses, the homeless mother of a 15-month-old daughter, wakes up alone one day in an abandoned building. With the help of the people she meets in a home for women she fights to get her life back and builds relationships that will change her life forever. Stars Kim Fields (Facts of Life), Jackie Long and Malinda Williams (Soul Food).
