    Michelle Obama Turns 48 with Low Key Dinner + Smoke Bomb Thrown On White House Lawn

    First Lady Michelle Obama had well-wishes pouring in from around the world for her 48th birthday. She could have chosen to do whatever she wanted, but opted for a quiet evening out with hubby and friends at a restaurant called BLT Steak.

    But while dining in a private room, joined by several friends including Valerie Jarrett and Eric Holder, there were some who chose to create chaos at the Obama White House.

    Occupy Wall Street protesters refusing to be silenced though they have been virtually ignored by the media as of late, threw something that appeared to be a smoke bomb over the fence.

    According to Associated Press reports, U.S. Secret Service spokesman George Ogilvie says “there were 1,000 to 1,500 protesters at one point.”

    But no arrests tied to this incident were made.

    Glad Lady O enjoyed her birthday and no one was hurt in the protest.
